3 Year Bristle Guarantee
Our brush bristle guarantee is pretty simple. If you can wear out the brush head cleaning golf clubs in three years or less, send it back to the address below and we will send you a free replacement!
If the brush, or magnet system arrives damaged or defective please email email@example.com or call us immediately and we will request a return, and get a replacement unit or the appropriate piece shipped to you ASAP.
This item is not physically attached to your golf bag at all times and requires you to make sure when you clip it back to the magnet assembly, it is fully seated to allow proper connectivity. Our magnets are all capable of holding much more weight than they are required to, and if you lose your brush, it is most likely a user error. If you lose it and believe the magnet was faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will deal with this issue on a case by case basis.
If your grooveit brush or magnet assembly is defective, and we have identified the issue, please find and order your replacement parts in our store. The customer is responsible for the shipping, as well as any taxes/tariffs incurred for the parts, even though the brush parts are free of charge. The charges cover the cost of a 3rd party shipping company.
30 day return policy for unused items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require you to send your merchandise back to the address below at no cost to us.
Please email email@example.com to make us aware of the return request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the address below.
